<p>이은희 인하대 구매자학과 교수는 “구글 같은 글로벌 온/오프라인 사업자도 매출에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 발생했을 때 무난한 대처를 하지 않는 경우가 많다”면서 “구글 소액결제 사례가 많아지고 있을 것입니다면 구글이 가장 제일 먼저 할 일은 이런 일이 또 발생하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 이야기 했다.</p>
